The latest World Economic Forum paper, with contributions by Schneider Electric, outlines practical solutions to kickstart urban transformation and decarbonization anywhere in the world.

The only way we can address climate change before it’s too late is to accelerate the transition of net zero cities.

Jean-Pascal Tricoire, CEO and Chairman of Schneider Electric and Francesco Starace, CEO and General Manager of Enel S.p.A are co-chairing the World Economic Forum Net Zero Carbon Cities programme, aimed at demonstrating the value of integrated energy solutions to deliver decarbonized, sustainable and resilient urban ecosystems, anywhere in the world.

This briefing paper highlights real solutions that leverage efficiency and electrification to decarbonize our cities’ transport systems and built environments.  Digital technologies and local policy making are at the heart of this transition.
