Perpetual Resources Ltd (ASX:PEC) chairman Julian Babarczy sits down with Proactive's Elisha Newell after a mineral resource update at the Beharra silica sands project in WA. Babarczy says the company took a methodical approach to update the resource — 90% of which now stands in the high-quality upper and lower white horizons — and the entire MRE is located above the water table.
