Exchange Listing LLC announced that its client, SurgePays Inc. (OTCQB: SURG), successfully completed its listing to the Nasdaq Capital Markets on November 2, 2021. SurgePays, Inc. is a blockchain fintech company that offers financial services and products for the underbanked population more cost efficiently than traditional distribution models.
