United Disabilities Services Foundation (UDS) is pleased to announce its Non-Profit Management Solutions (NPMS) to help non-profits improve organizational efficiency, achieve sustainability, and realize their maximum potential, all while maintaining their core missions.
UDS created NPMS as a separate entity to assist other non-profits with their business needs. Pennsylvania has over 20,000 non-profits, which dedicate the majority of their resources to working with the people or causes that matter the most. However, non-profits also require the same management solutions as other for-profit organizations. The NPMS team recognized this need and filled a void in the market.
NPMS's services help nonprofits streamline operations, decrease costs, gain higher levels of expertise, improve efficiency, eliminate technological hurdles, and minimize risk.
William Kepner, President and CEO created NPMS after he saw the tremendous talent and capabilities his management team possessed in IT, finance, HR, and executive management skills.
He says, “I knew colleagues that ran a small niche but had one or two individuals trying to manage everything to keep their businesses sustainable, so I saw a huge need. This is an opportunity for nonprofits to work with experts in the field that can help them achieve long-term sustainability.”
Nonprofits looking to optimize their organization's operations can explore NPMS's managed services to be more efficient and effective, allowing employees to focus on what matters most, the nonprofit’s mission."
