Aclara Resources Inc. CEO Ramón Barúa tells Proactive's Stephen Gunnion that a number of milestones lie ahead for the company in 2023 as it progresses its heavy rare earths project near Concepcion in Chile and positions itself for the electric revolution and the shift to electric vehicles.
Barúa told Proactive that Aclara has a competitive advantage due to its unique clean extraction process.
The company's pilot plant is under construction and potential off-takers have already expressed interest in its rare earth concentrates. Aclara is also preparing to file a strengthened permit in April.
