Alpha Growth PLC (LSE:ALGW, OTCQB:ALPGF) executive chairman and CEO Gobind Sahney speaks to Thomas Warner from Proactive about the financial advisory business' announcement that it has acquired the remaining 5% that it didn't already own of Northstar, its insurance holding company. Sahney describes the consolidation as a "great endorsement" from seller Daniel Gray, who now becomes a direct shareholder in Alpha Growth.
