ARway Corp CEO Evan Gappelberg joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has taken another step forward in its evolution by trading its shares on the OTCQB Venture Market.
Gappelberg tells Proactive the company will be using the ticker ARWYF and the move has required the company to meet higher financial standards and disclosure requirements.
Additionally, he said the company will gain more exposure as the OTCQB has greater liquidity.
