CleanTech Power collaborating with PowerTap Hydrogen to develop alternative energy project

CleanTech Power CEO Frank Carnevale joined Proactive's Natalie Stoberman to discuss its Letter of Intent with PowerTap Hydrogen Fueling Corp to develop a new hydrogen energy project.
Carnevale says the agreement allows CleanTech Power to negotiate terms over the next 180 days to eventually leverage PowerTap's modular technology to convert natural gas into blue or green hydrogen at customer sites. Carnevale adds that CleanTech Power plans to deliver hydrogen to its customers and combine it with their fuel cell projects to create an integrated energy solution and explore hydrogen solutions as an alternative to natural gas.
PowerTap Hydrogen Capital Corp, through its wholly owned subsidiary, PowerTap Hydrogen Fueling Corp, is focused on installing hydrogen production and dispensing fueling infrastructure in the United States. PowerTap’s patented solution has been developed over 20 years and is now now commercializing its third-generation blue hydrogen product that will focus on the refueling needs of the automotive and long-haul trucking markets that lack hydrogen fueling infrastructure.
