FansUnite Entertainment agrees to partnership with Stram Entertainment to sell BetPrep

FansUnite Entertainment CEO Scott Burton joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news of a partnership that will result in Stram Entertainment Limited, doing business as BestOdds, acquiring one of the company’s affiliate brands, BetPrep.
Burton told Proactive the deal will allow the company to reduce its operating expenses immediately and unlock new revenue synergies. Stram will pay FansUnite a 30% revenue share for 36 months.
