Fenix Resources hits three-million-tonne mark at Iron Ridge

Fenix Resources Ltd (ASX:FEX) chairman John Welborn chats with Proactive soon after the company produced and shipped its three-millionth tonne of iron ore from the Iron Ridge Project in WA. The milestone comes a little more than two years after Fenix booked its first iron ore sale in February 2021 and ramped up to produce 1.3 million tonnes of the steelmaking ore per annum. Looking ahead, Welborn says there’s life beyond Iron Ridge as the company considers other value-accretive opportunities.
