Generation Hemp senior vice president Melissa Pagen joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss robust sales numbers for the company's Rowdy Rooster Hemp animal bedding product, ideal for small animals including rabbits, hamsters, reptiles, guinea pigs, and especially chickens.
Pagen told Proactive Generation Hemp has seen a 385% year-over-year increase in sales. The company noted a big increase in the hemp product being used for chickens as the price of eggs skyrockets, resulting in many people turning to backyard chickens.
