Giving Tuesday Celebration: Six Nonprofits Surprised With $30,000 Grants

In celebration of Giving Tuesday, The Home Depot Foundation is surprising six nonprofit organizations with $30,000 of unrestricted funds totaling $180,000.   

As part of the national Operation Surprise campaign, the Foundation’s grants team hosted virtual calls to surprise the following nonprofit partners with the news:

Unrestricted funds go a long way for nonprofit organizations, helping them meet pressing needs for the communities they serve. These grants directly support things like technology, transportation and personnel.

Operation Surprise is an annual celebration of The Home Depot’s commitment to giving back and features life-changing surprises for communities and individual recipients. The Foundation’s seasonal giving campaign will run from Veterans Day through the end of the year.
