Infinity Water Solutions, LLC ("Infinity") is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on the Mills Ranch #1 Commercial Recycling Facility ("Mills Ranch 1"), its second New Mexico-based, commercially-permitted facility for the receipt, storage, handling, treatment and recycling of nonhazardous produced water associated with oil and gas production. The Mills Ranch #1 introduces the second generation of Infinity water treatment facilities, which leverages a proprietary design that allows Infinity to easily right-size installations as market needs dictate. The design also incorporates a treatment process that is free of chemical additives while achieving superior results in water properties for reuse by oilfield operators. The total buildout of Infinity’s Mills Ranch #1 location will be one of the largest produced water recycling facilities in the Northern Delaware Basin with initial processing capacity exceeding 50,000 barrels per day, which can be expanded to 200,000 barrels on short notice. The facility will have an initial recycled water inventory capacity of 3 million barrels with offload capabilities exceeding 90 barrels per minute.

“Responsible water management has become a major concern of operators and the general public alike. Infinity Water Solutions has seen a consistent rise in business partnerships from operators looking for a safe, consistent, flexible and low-cost solution to their produced water needs,” said Jordan Kramer, Chief Commercial Officer. “We’re here to work with everyone to help fast track produced water management between operators, ranchers or other mid-stream providers. We’re all in this together.”

Located in central Eddy County, Mills Ranch #1 will serve the central core of the Northern Delaware basin with sustainable water solutions. Mills Ranch #1 will also have interconnectivity to Infinity’s first facility, Fed128, allowing for greater exchange and service to customers. The Fed128 commercial recycling facility, also servicing the Northern Delaware Basin, will see upgrades and increased storage capabilities in the third quarter of 2022. The interconnected facilities will provide recycling capacity of 100,000 barrels of water per day and incorporate more than 3.5 million barrels of inventory storage capacity. Infinity has three additional facilities currently scheduled for commencement in 2022. This will provide a total of five commercially-permitted facilities in the Northern Delaware Basin with 250,000 barrels of water per day throughput capacity, supported by more than 10 million barrels of inventory storage capacity.

“Infinity adheres to a recycle-first philosophy with a goal to process, treat, and deliver every barrel received for beneficial reuse,” said Michael Dyson, CEO. “Our plans may seem prescient given current circumstances, but our growth has long been planned and supported by market trends and increasing awareness of water management challenges. We are excited to be an integral part of a more sustainable future for the oil and gas industry, as we all move infinitely closer to a zero-liquid-discharge framework.”
