Izotropic Announces 2021 AGM Results

 VANCOUVER, BC - TheNewswire - October 26, 2021 - Izotropic Corporation (“Izotropic” or the “Company”) (CNSX:IZO.CN) (OTC:IZOZF) (FSE:1R3), a Company commercializing a dedicated breast CT (computed tomography) imaging platform, IzoView, for the more accurate detection and diagnosis of breast cancers is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General Meeting held via teleconference on October 2, 2021.  

 Company matters submitted to shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular, both dated September 8, 2021, were approved by a vote of 29.52% of issued and outstanding shares, the requisite majority of votes cast at the meeting.
