Jackpot Digital CEO Jake Kalpakian joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news regarding the company's partnership with NFL Hall of Fame coach Jimmy Johnson.
Johnson, known for his success with the Dallas Cowboys and the University of Miami Hurricanes, as well as his current role as a weekly analyst on Fox NFL Sunday, has been appointed as the company's new Brand Ambassador. He will work to increase visibility and awareness of Jackpot Digital's dealerless electronic poker table, Jackpot Blitz.
Kalpakian explained that the company has been experiencing strong growth in its cruise ship customer base, with partnerships with major cruise lines such as Carnival Cruises, Virgin Voyages, Princess Cruises, Holland America, AIDA, and Costa Cruises. Additionally, Jackpot Digital has entered into new agreements for the installation of 23 Jackpot Blitz tables and has received Letters of Intent (LOIs) for an additional 16 tables from undisclosed partners. This brings the total new Jackpot Blitz orders for the year to 39, representing approximately a 60% increase in installations.
The company is actively working on obtaining the necessary licensing for these installations, and it plans to begin installing the next-generation Jackpot Blitz tables in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The partnership with NFL Hall of Famer Jimmy Johnson is expected to further boost the company's visibility and market presence, making Jackpot Digital a key player in the electronic poker table industry.
