 Elsevier, a global leader in research publishing and information analytics, today launched Knovel Corrosion, a corrosion management tool that addresses critical material selection and corrosion failure analysis needs with reliable answers. The NACE IMPACT study found corrosion currently costs the global economy US $2.5 trillion annually1. The same study suggests that companies could save up to 35% of that cost with better corrosion management. Knovel Corrosion will help engineers and asset managers move from a reactive stance on corrosion to a proactive one, improving profitability and safety.
