Krakatoa Resources Ltd (ASX:KTA) chairman Colin Locke brings Proactive up to speed on high-grade lithium hits from the King Tamba Project in Western Australia.

Assays peaked at 4.3% lithium oxide and point to a 800-metre mineralised zone, enriched with high-value pathfinders elements like rubidium, caesium, tin and niobium.

Amid the findings, Locke says King Tamba’s newly minted Wilsons prospect — home to more than 250 metres of pegmatite outcrop — is ready to see the reverse circulation drill rig.

Krakatoa CEO Mark Major told investors results were very encouraging, with a high-tenor multi-element soil anomaly present across multiple sample lines.

“Other areas have also been investigated and we look forward to uncovering more lithium dominated zones to target with drilling.”

Krakatoa has put pen to paper to plan its imminent RC program. Mineralogy and lithium deportment studies are also underway.
