MeasureOne, the leading consumer permissioned-data platform, today announced the company has received the Systems and Control (SOC) 2 Type II certification under standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). This certification reflects MeasureOne’s commitment to safeguarding critical client data in their services without compromising consumer privacy and control over personal online data.

This meticulous, independent assessment of internal security controls serves as a testament to MeasureOne's dedication and adherence to the highest standards for security; reaffirming their ongoing commitment to its customers and the security of their data. The certification comes as MeasureOne has seen 52% month-over-month growth in data sources on average over the past two years.

“As the first company to offer consumer-permissioned data platform integration as a service, trust and security are extremely critical for our customers. Successfully completing the SOC 2 compliance examination echoes our pledge of data safety to our customers and stakeholders,” said Elan Amir, Chief Executive Officer of MeasureOne. “This certification provides third-party validation that we have and will continue to show that we have appropriate controls in place to mitigate risks related to the services we provide.”

The certification assessment reviewed MeasureOne’s processes relating to risk management and sub-service (vendor) due diligence, as well as MeasureOne’s entire IT infrastructure, software development life cycle, change management, logical security, network security, physical & environmental security, and computer operations.

“Achieving SOC 2 compliance provides MeasureOne with tangible proof of our data protection and privacy practices,” said Yaron Oren, Chief Revenue Officer of MeasureOne. “We are proud to be committed to driving innovation across our platform and will continue to ensure our services meet the highest level of security”.

The examination was conducted by Dansa D’Arata Soucia LLP. MeasureOne maintains its adherence to one of the most stringent, industry-accepted compliance frameworks for service organizations and provides additional assurance to its clients, through an independent auditor, that its business process, information technology, and risk management controls are properly designed and operating as intended.

Over the past year, MeasureOne has integrated with companies in the financial services, mortgage, education, and human resource sectors to enable them to leverage consumer permission-data services within their own offerings.
