NCMA Announces Program Year 2023 Award Recipients

The National Contract Management Association announces recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award, Innovation in Contracting Award, Outstanding Fellow Award, Fellow Award, Best Contract Management Magazine Article Award, Contract Management Education Award, and the Elmer B. Staats Contracting Professional Excellence Award. These outstanding achievements were honored earlier today at World Congress.
