NCMA certification candidates will be able to take certification exams online starting March 15, for select NCMA certifications, providing test-takers flexibility and convenience to advance their contract management and acquisition careers.
This new exam delivery option—offered through NCMA’s exam vendor Kryterion—is available for the CFCM™, CCCM™, and CCMA™ certifications and ensures that those who have already begun to pursue an NCMA certification, can conveniently advance their learning and career goals.
“It is vital that NCMA continuously evolve to meet our professional community where they are—not only by developing educational offerings they need but also by delivering these certification options when and where they need them and in ways that are safe and secure,” said Kraig Conrad, NCMA Chief Executive Officer.
The security and integrity of these tests continue to be a priority. Remote proctoring of the exams allows for monitoring of the testing area via video and for each remote proctor to monitor a few candidates at one time.
Those registering for certification exams can indicate their interest in the live remote proctoring option. If an exam-taker lives in an area in which testing centers remain open, they still have the option to take the exam in person.
