NHRA Los Angeles Announces 2022 Executive of the Year Finalists

The National Human Resources Association Los Angeles Chapter (NHRA-LA) has announced its 2022 Executive of the Year finalists. Dan Goldstone, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs of Thai Union North American; Nancy Gibson, Director of Human Resources at J. Paul Getty Trust; and Tom Boulet, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at John Paul Mitchell Systems, have all been shortlisted for the award.

In its sixth year, NHRA-LA’s Executive of the Year Awards program honors human resources professionals for their exemplary leadership and commitment to their organizations. One winner will be chosen from the three finalists and announced at the annual awards ceremony on September 22, 2022, at the Skirball Cultural Center.

“Each finalist represents a critical industry in the Los Angeles business community and is nominated for their incredible dedication to their organizations,” said NHRA-LA Co-President and Bolton Executive Vice President Andrew Agress. “We are honored to welcome Dan, Nancy and Tom to the growing NHRA-LA family.”

The Executive of the Year award finalists are the best of the best in the Los Angeles Human Resources community. NHRA -LA will celebrate the finalists and their accomplishments in the months leading up to the awards event.

With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, Dan Goldstone is an HR veteran at Thai Union North America specializing in aligning human resources vision and strategy to generate maximum impact on an institutional level. Nancy Gibson has been the head of HR at J. Paul Getty Trust since 2014. Before that, she held distinguished positions with Michigan State University and AP Capital, Inc. Tom Boulet has over 25 years of experience in organizational leadership and executing strategic priorities in diverse workplaces.

Each finalist will undergo a 360-degree assessment, a panel interview with their peers and a video session to determine the overall winner in September.
