Richmond Vanadium’s new MD has BFS in the works at namesake vanadium play

Richmond Vanadium Technology Ltd (ASX:RVT) managing director Jon Price sits down with Proactive’s Elisha Newell to discuss his vision for the battery metals stock.
Price brings more than 30 years of precious and critical minerals experience to the RVT leadership team, having overseen exploration, development, plant construction and operations across small and multinational businesses.
With a bankable feasibility study (BFS) and environmental impact statement in the wings for the Richmond-Julia Creek Vanadium Project in North Queensland, Price says there’s plenty of news to come in the first half of FY24.
“I look forward to commencing as managing director of RVT during an important time in the company’s evolution,” he told investors in June.
I am particularly excited about what the company can achieve in 2023, with the bankable feasibility study (BFS) and environmental impact statement both progressing at the Richmond Vanadium Project.”
Prior to his appointment at RVT, Jon served six years as board member and chair of the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission, which promotes regional economic growth.
