Silver Range Resources CEO Mike Power joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company signed an agreement to option the East Goldfield and the Tule Canyon properties to Green Gold Resources.
Power tells Proactive if Green Gold acquires a 100% interest in either property, Silver Range will retain a 2.5% net smelter return royalty interest in any future production from that property. Power also provided Proactive with an update on its recent field work at the Tonto del Pueblo property and some other work in Arizona.
