The Coolidge Reagan Foundation (CRF), a First Amendment watchdog, has filed a series of complaints against Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), alleging serious ethical and legal violations, including voter intimidation, fraudulent campaign contributions, and misconduct in office. The complaints, simultaneously submitted to the Federal Election Commission (FEC), the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE), and the Department of Justice (DOJ), expose Rep. Crockett’s alleged illegal activities and efforts to undermine fair elections and democratic processes. “Rep. Crockett’s reckless rhetoric and open encouragement of political violence are not only unacceptable but dangerously irresponsible, stated Shaun McCutcheon, Chairman of the Coolidge Reagan Foundation. “While I am an advocate for Free Speech, the fact is no Member of Congress should be inciting attacks on American voters. You can’t call on your supporters to attack people any more than you can yell fire in a crowded theater. Her actions must be condemned and investigated.” “This is a blatant abuse of power and a direct assault on free and fair elections,” Dan Backer, Counsel to CRF added. “From voter intimidation to potentially fraudulent campaign financing, Rep. Crockett’s conduct raises serious legal and ethical concerns. The American people deserve accountability, and Crockett must answer for her unethical, potentially criminal, and just plain dirty acts.” The complaint filed with the Department of Justice highlights Rep. Crockett’s alarming rhetoric and online activity, which appear to violate the Federal Voting Rights Act prohibiting voter intimidation. On March 9, 2025, Crockett circulated an animated video through social media depicting a cartoon version of herself and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez brutally attacking a Republican voter. This video, broadcast to hundreds of thousands of her followers, not only condones but seemingly encourages political violence against Republicans. Her public statements, including referring to "full-on combat," further demonstrate a pattern of incitement that places American voters at risk. CRF is calling on the DOJ to investigate these actions under 52 U.S.C. § 10307(b) and other applicable federal statutes. CRF's complaint to the FEC details an apparent scheme in which Rep. Crockett’s campaign committee, ‘Jasmine for US’, accepted and falsely reported contributions processed through ActBlue. The filing reveals that an elderly retiree, Mr. Randy Best of Plano, Texas, was listed as making over 2,500 contributions totaling more than $21,000 – including more than 50 to Crockett (transactions that Mr. Best’s wife denies ever occurred). The sheer volume and pattern of these donations suggest an elaborate money-laundering scheme orchestrated through ActBlue to funnel illegal contributions to Democratic candidates, including Rep. Crockett. CRF demands an immediate FEC investigation into these violations of 52 U.S.C. § 30122, which prohibits accepting contributions in the name of, or with the funds of, another. In addition to potential criminal and campaign finance violations, CRF has also filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics, asserting that Rep. Crockett has engaged in behavior that fails to reflect creditably on the U.S. House of Representatives. Her public threats against Republican officials, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, and former President Donald Trump (paired with the incendiary video) constitute a clear violation of House Rule XXIII, which mandates ethical conduct by Members. Furthermore, her acceptance of potentially fraudulent contributions through ActBlue raises serious concerns about her fitness for office and adherence to congressional financial disclosure requirements. Shaun McCutcheon further emphasized the seriousness of the complaints stating “Congresswoman Crockett’s actions are a disgrace to the office she holds. Inciting violence against political opponents and engaging in fraudulent campaign finance practices are violations that cannot be ignored. CRF will not stand idly by while elected officials break the law and erode trust in our institutions.” Dan Backer added “We have seen a disturbing trend where ActBlue is used as a willing conduit for a potentially 8 or 9 figure sum of illegal campaign money laundering, and Rep. Crockett’s campaign is just one example. The FEC must investigate this apparent scheme to launder funds in the names of unsuspecting donors. Hundreds of College Students From Across Globe Unite in New York City for Summit on Countering Campus Antisemitism Crisis

More than 300 Jewish students and allies from universities across the globe, community leaders, influencers, and officials gathered in Midtown Manhattan this past weekend for the Combat Antisemitism Movement ’s “Rise & Respond: Global Student Summit Against Antisemitism.” The event provided a platform for students to share their personal experiences and confront the troubling rise in antisemitic incidents taking place at higher education institutions in North America and beyond. Summit attendees discussed strategies to counter antisemitism and advocate for meaningful change, a challenge that has escalated to a terrifying degree since Hamas’ October 7th attack on Israel. The Antisemitism Research Center by CAM has documented 742 antisemitic incidents on American campuses in 2024, marking a 120.8% increase from the 336 reported in 2023. The summit was particularly timely and relevant, given the ongoing antisemitism crisis at Columbia University and the historic federal action being led by the new Trump administration to hold Columbia and other schools accountable for their failures to protect Jewish students and faculty from discrimination, harassment, and even violence. The summit recognized and honored Michael Kaminsky, a junior at DePaul University, with CAM’s Student Activist Award. Kaminsky was physically assaulted on his campus by masked assailants in broad daylight last year, while a safety officer employed by the university stood mere feet away – and did nothing. Since his horrifying experience, Kaminsky has amplified his advocacy for the Jewish community, and he urged others in attendance to stand up to hate and remember their people’s legacy of resilience and strength in the face of adversity. “That day, I understood the hardships my family had endured [under Nazi and Soviet oppression] and decided I must use the strength they passed down to me,” Kaminsky said. “Instead of hiding, I spoke out…History will remember those who stood up to fight for our civil rights and will hold those accountable who were complacent in the face of atrocities, for we are not Jews with trembling knees.” U.S. Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) expressed strong support for federal action against campus antisemitism and emphasized the critical importance of standing up against hatred, displaying a wristband given to her by Holocaust survivor Helen Sperling that reads, “Thou Shall Not Be a Bystander.” Other featured speakers at the Rise & Respond summit included Jewish community and business leaders, activists, and local and global officials who discussed the rising threat of antisemitism, the critical need to confront it, and the challenges faced by the Jewish people. 15 Years Strong, Kryton International’s Underground Concrete Cistern Serves Los Angeles at Crucial Point in City’s Water Management

LOS ANGELES – When TreePeople built its Center for Community Forestry in 2004, officials knew it had to be sustainable with a long-term solution for the shortage of water in Southern California. More than 20 years later, the underground cistern built with Kryton’s innovative crystalline waterproofing technology is still going strong at a time when all eyes in the city are focused on water management in the aftermath of the city’s devastating fires last month. “We are very proud of this project because it demonstrates how our unique technology can be very effective at protecting concrete structures over long periods of time, and it’s a shining example of how to build water management systems without leaking water or wasting money on repairs,” said Kryton Vice President for Product Development, Kevin Yuers. With a diameter of 70 feet and a depth of 8 feet, the cistern boasts a storage capacity of approximately 216,000 gallons – the largest container of that type in the U.S. at that time. It collects and stores rainwater runoff from the building's roof and surrounding parking areas, which is then utilized for irrigating the center's grounds during dry periods. More broadly, the cistern represents a practical solution for a region that is prepping for a major upgrade. Located in Coldwater Canyon Park, the center serves as TreePeople’s headquarters and offers nature trails, experiential education, and cultural programming. It also includes a native plant nursery which grows plant life for reforesting after local fires. The cistern fulfills a key role in water management, providing year-round irrigation, without any waste. This is made possible through Kryton's Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) and the Krystol Waterstop System. When added to the concrete mix, KIM reacts to form crystals that fill the spaces between concrete particles, permanently waterproofing the structure. Later and throughout the project’s life, KIM also reacts with incoming water to self-seal any small new concrete cracks, providing lasting protection against leakage from any direction. By eliminating costly repairs and maintenance, KIM will provide worry-free waterproofing for the life of the cistern. In 2011, the cistern was recognized by GreenSite as the Industrial Project of the Year, but its relevance has never been more significant than right now. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors recently approved the county’s first-ever Water Plan, which calls for 80 percent of the county’s drinking water supply to be locally sourced by 2045. Los Angeles County currently imports 60 percent of its drinking water. The increase would be roughly equivalent to 162 billion gallons per year, enough water for 5 million residents, and would be achieved using more effective stormwater capture, water recycling and conservation. Key to the plan is the modernization of the county’s 200+ water systems -- a third of which, the county estimates, are failing. Long-term solutions in this endeavor include the use of Krystol technology, which enables concrete to self-seal cracks and block water indefinitely, while Krytonite Waterstop’s compression sealing power which is four times greater than conventional methods to ensure long-lasting prevention against water intrusion. As traditional concrete is known to corrode from water and extreme weather, Kryton’s permeability-reducing admixtures (PRAs) have emerged as an integral waterproofing tool in the rebuilding of Los Angeles as well as the nation’s aging infrastructure and real estate in flood regions.
