VR Confirms IP and Conductivity Targets for Multiple Centers within the Copper-Moly-Silver Porphyry System at its New Boston Property in Nevada

VR Resources Ltd.

June 27, 2023 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, B.C. - VR Resources Ltd. (TSXV:VRR ), ( FSE:5VR ); ( OTC:VRRCF ), the " Company ", or “ VR ”, is pleased to provide the results from the recently completed airborne gradient magnetic survey and ground-based 3D array DCIP survey on its New Boston property in Nevada. Figure 1: 15mV/V IP anomaly 950 m long, from surface to 500 m depth and open, which outlines the target for a mineralized porphyry intrusion below the Jeep Mine in the western part of the system of mineralized sheeted veins exposed on surface over a 2,100 m strike length;  Figure 2: High amplitude conductivity anomaly 900 m long, from surface to 500m depth and open, which outlines the target for a high temperature, mineralized porphyry-skarn center at East Zone in the eastern part of the system of sheeted veins at New Boston;  Figure 3: Integrated exploration target map; the conductivity anomaly at East Zone is the inferred porphyry source to the quartz veins with copper exposed on surface at East Zone and CCT Zone;  Figure 4: Field photographs by VR along the GW boundary zone and normal fault which separates the IP and conductivity targets for mineralized porphyry centers at Jeep Mine and East Zone respectively. The fault is itself mineralized; it forms a continuous gossan of quartz veins and quartz vein stockwork with limonite and copper wad replacing massive chalcopyrite (copper sulfide);  Figure 5. Satellite image showing the 4 km east-west breadth of the fully zoned skarn and polymetallic porphyry system exposed on surface at New Boston.     From VR’s CEO, Dr. Michael Gunning, “ Technology matters.  Surface work and reconnaissance drilling at New Boston by Conoco, Gulf and Bear Creek in the 1960s and 70s established the sheer scale of the porphyry-skarn system across a strike length of 4 km of sheeted and stockwork veins exposed on surface, and significant grades and thickness of moly’ mineralization in numerous drill holes (see Figure 6 ). But a sector collapse in 1981 left that work unfinished with regard to identifying and drilling a mineralized porphyry intrusion as the source for the sheeted and stockwork veins exposed at surface.  Some forty years later, new multi-sensor gradient magnetics and 3D array DCIP geophysical technologies that were not available to Conoco at the time now provide VR with a clear path forward to complete the story and undertake the drilling that was actually proposed by Conoco to follow up on the garnet-magnetite-biotite stockwork veins observed in drill holes NB-1 and NB-4 on either end of the system.   Conoco developed a 3.14 BT exploration model to encompass the mineralized sheeted veins at New Boston, exclusive of a porphyry stock that was inferred but not identified at the time. By using the results from new high-tech geophysical surveys, we believe that we can build on that model and confirm the presence of a mineralized porphyry centre (s) as the source for the system of sheeted veins at surface. Our goal is to drill test the two main IP and conductivity targets illustrated in this news release this fall. As shown in the satellite image in Figure 5, the proximity of New Boston to state HWY 95 provides tremendous logistical advantages for drilling and advanced-stage exploration. I encourage our shareholders to review carefully the figures herein to fully appreciate the clarity, strength and scale of the two targets now apparent at New Boston; detailed explanations are provided in the figure captions to help. With that, we look forward to providing further updates as our exploration advances.   Technical Information Summary technical and geological information for the Company’s various exploration properties including New Boston is available at the Company’s website at www.vrr.ca. Technical information for this news release has been prepared in accordance with the Canadian regulatory requirements set out in National Instrument 43-101. Justin Daley, P.Geo., VP Exploration and a non-independent Qualified Person oversees and/or participates in all aspects of the Company’s mineral exploration projects, and the content of this news release has been reviewed on behalf of the Company by the CEO, Dr. Michael Gunning, P.Geo., a non-independent Qualified Person. About the New Boston Property Location New Boston is within the Walker Lane mineral belt and structural province in west-central Nevada. More specifically, it is within the co-spatial belts of Jurassic and Cretaceous aged copper and moly porphyry deposits, including the Yerington camp and Hall deposit.     New Boston is located in the Garfield Range in Mineral County, approximately 150 km southeast of Reno. Vegetation is sparse in the range; outcrop or colluvium predominate on the property itself, with quaternary cover developed off its eastern border and eastern flank of the range.   The property location facilitates cost-effective exploration, year-round.  Access is from the nearby town of Luning located just 5 km to the east on State Highway 95 connecting Reno and Las Vegas. The property itself is criss-crossed by a myriad of active, historic trails and roads which are reachable from the highway.   Property Description The New Boston property is large. It consists of 77 claims in one contiguous block approximately 3 x 5 km in size and covering 583 hectares in total (1,441 acres). It covers the entire extent of the known copper-moly-silver porphyry-skarn mineral system exposed on surface between Blue Ribbon and East Zone, and its inferred down-dip potential to the north.   The property is on federal land administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). There are no state or federal land use designations, or privately-owned land which impede access to the property, nor is the property within the BLM’s broadly defined area of sage grouse protection.   The property is owned 100% by VR. There are no underlying annual lease payments, nor are there any joint venture or back-in interests. The vendor of the property retains a royalty. About VR Resources VR is an established junior exploration company based in Vancouver (TSX.V: VRR; Frankfurt: 5VR; OTCQB: VRRCF). VR evaluates, explores and advances opportunities in copper, gold and critical metals in Nevada, USA, and Ontario, Canada, and most recently, a kimberlite breccia pipe discovery and field in northern Ontario. VR applies modern exploration technologies and in-house experience and expertise in greenfields exploration to large-footprint systems in underexplored areas/districts. The foundation of VR is the proven track record of its Board in early-stage exploration, discovery and M&A. The Company is well-financed for its mineral exploration and corporate obligations. VR owns its properties outright and evaluates new opportunities on an ongoing basis, whether by staking or acquisition.     ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:   “Michael H. The high amplitude of the conductivity anomaly indicates concentrated sulfide minerals; 2. Conductivity target has 900 m strike length, and extends from surface to 500 m depth in the 3D DCIP model and is open to depth; 3. Drill hole N-B1 with 318 ft @ 0.14% copper and 0.08% moly is located at the eastern end of the conductivity anomaly; 4. The conductivity anomaly correlates with high temperature potassic alteration index in soil geochemistry and potassium enrichment indicated by the airborne magnetic and radiometric survey (see Figure 3 ). The GW boundary zone and normal fault which separates the main IP and conductivity targets for mineralized porphyry centers at Jeep Mine and East Zone respectively, is itself mineralized (see photos in Figure 4 ).  The 900 m long conductivity anomaly and target at East Zone is interpreted to be the mineralized porphyry center and source for copper that migrated up-dip in limestone country rock to surface mineralization at CCT zone (see Figure 2 ). Click Image To View Full Size   Figure 4. Field photogrpahs by VR along the GW boundary zone and normal fault. It is based on geological mapping and sampling by VR, and is supported by the new geophysical data shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3.  It forms a continuous gossan zone of quartz veins and quartz vein stockwork with limonite and copper wad after massive chalcopyrite (copper sulfide). The structure follows the topographic high of Jeep Mine hill where marbelization of limestone is strongest but copper veins at surface lessen with topographic elevation on the hill; however, copper is evident in both modern ICP-MS soil geochemical data, and in the new DCIP anomalies reported herein. Overall, the GW boundary zone separates the large IP anomaly targeted as the porphyry center below Jeep Mine from the high amplitude conductivity anomaly at East Zone which is targeted as the mineralized porphyry center feeding the copper veins exposed on surface at CCT Zone (see Figure 3 ).   Click Image To View Full Size   Figure 5. Carey Bringle Partners with Josh Williams For Another Year at the NASCAR Xfinity Series

Peg Leg Porker

A few years after Carey Bringle opened the Peg Leg Porker restaurant, he got a call from an ARCA race car driver's manager asking if he would feed a team in exchange for a sticker on his car in the Nashville race. She talked about how this independent driver visited children's hospitals in every city he raced in. The story hit home for Carey, a pediatric cancer survivor himself. That driver was Josh Williams and he won the race that night. Ever since that race, Josh and Carey have kept in touch and Peg Leg Porker has sponsored Josh's car in his Nashville races. Since that time, Carey started more ventures and Josh moved up to the Xfinity series. One thing didn't change, the connection between the two. Both are fiercely independent and both share a passion for supporting charitable causes. In fact, last year, Josh was a finalist for the Comcast Community Champion Award. The ceremony was in Nashville and Carey was right there to support Josh's amazing charitable work across the country. This year is no different. Peg Leg Porker will again be a sponsor on Josh's car and while Josh is in town, he will make a visit to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. The TN Lottery 250 is this weekend on Saturday at the Nashville Superspeedway. The race starts with driver intros at 2:00 CST. A Nashville native, pitmaster Carey Bringle has been competing in barbecue contests for more than 27 years, and has the blue ribbons to prove it. With a deep southern background built around family values and appreciating a good meal, Bringle founded Peg Leg Porker in 2013. Peg Leg Porker is named after Bringle himself and his greatest win, a cancer battle that he triumphed at the age of 17. With his win, he lost his leg, which led him to create a new name and only added more fire to his passion for success. What started out as a whole hog BBQ team and catering business, turned into a whole lifestyle brand, inclusive of spirits, sauces and spices, to accompany world-class BBQ. Upon opening its doors in the heart of Nashville, Peg Leg Porker was quickly named one of the hottest BBQ joints in the country by numerous media outlets, including Food Network, The Travel Channel, BBC, Southern Living Magazine, Texas Monthly, GQ, Garden and Gun Magazine, and many more. Peg Leg Porker is known for its juicy, smoked-to-perfection pork ribs drenched with a spicy dry seasoning *after* being smoked. Not to mention they're made from scratch, yet playful sides, like Kool-Aid pickles and pork rind nachos, plus Peg Leg Porker’s southern hospitality have guests feeling right at home. Peg Leg Porker has expanded, sharing their ‘cue with fans all over the world with their e-commerce site to ship nationwide. Although many wish Bringle would open another location, there will only be one Peg Leg Porker. Bringle says, “We’re building a legacy, not a chain.” This year, they will be celebrating a decade of being a part of the Nashville community and are excited to continue to be a part of it for many years to come. Watchdog Group Blasts Sweetheart Plea Deal with Hunter Biden

National Legal & Policy Center

The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), an ethics watchdog group, blasted the lenient plea agreement between the U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware David Weiss and Hunter Biden whereby Hunter will plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax violations with no jail time and have a felony gun registration charge dismissed in a pretrial diversion program. Following the five-year long investigation, no charges were brought against Hunter under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) for engaging in political activities on behalf of Burisma and Chinese interests, despite overwhelming evidence which NLPC had presented to the Justice Department in 2020. Hunter will plead guilty that he willfully failed to pay taxes “over $100,000” in both 2017 and 2018. By pleading guilty to two misdemeanors rather than two felonies for tax evasion, the sentence for misdemeanors ranges from probation to one-year prison sentence. The prosecutor has agreed to ask for probation for the tax charges. Notably, the charging documents don’t specify how much “over $100,000” Hunter owed for each year. Last year, it was reported that Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris lent Hunter over $2 million to pay his back taxes and for living expenses, suggesting that it was much more than $100,000 owed for each year. In any event, U.S. Sentencing Guidelines call for prison sentences of approximately 15-21 months for this level of offense. Allen Weissenberg, Donald Trump’s Chief Financial Officer, received a 5-month prison sentence for failing to pay taxes on company fringe benefits, a violation less serious than Hunter’s failure to pay taxes. “It’s outrageous that after a five-year investigation of Hunter Biden, the best that the prosecutor can come up with is a couple misdemeanor charges and then agree to a slap on the wrist as punishment” said Paul Kamenar, counsel for NLPC. “Hopefully, the House Oversight Committee will pursue evidence of bribery and foreign money influence of the Biden family,” Kamenar added. “Charging Hunter on his failure to file as a foreign agent would have been a no-brainer. David Weiss is going to look pretty stupid if there’s an even bigger bribery scandal.” said Peter Flaherty, Chairman of NLPC. VR Resumes Drilling on the Kimberlite Breccia Pipe Complex Discovered on its Northway Property in Northern Ontario.

VR Resources Ltd.

Vancouver, BC - TheNewswire - June 21, 2023 - VR Resources Ltd. (TSX.V:VRR ) ( FSE:5VR ) ( OTC:VRRCF ), the " Company ", or “ VR ”, is pleased to announce that drilling has resumed on the kimberlite diatreme breccia pipe complex at its Northway property located in northern Ontario (see field photograph in Figure 1 ).     The magnetic anomaly associated with the kimberlite diatreme breccia intersected at Northway is from 900-1,200 metres across (see plan map in Figure 2 ).    The boundary conditions for the overall anomaly are sub-vertical (see cross-section in Figure 2); they are consistently and sharply defined on derivative magnetic plan maps and 3D inversion profiles.  The first two drill holes span approximately 450 m across the southeastern part of the anomaly.  Drill hole NW23-003 now underway is collared at the same location as Hole 2, but is inclined steeply to the north into the heart of the anomaly, that is, into the largest area of high amplitude magnetic data directly above the vertical roots of the feature as viewed in 3D inversion profiles.   As planned, the three drill holes will span nearly 900 m across the upper part of the breccia pipe complex at Northway, as shown on the plan map in Figure 2.      The first two drill holes at Northway intersected various kimberlite breccia phases below a cover of Devonian-aged limestone and sandstone. Both holes were terminated because of caving in the sandstone.     A caldera facies at the top of the breccia pipe is preserved in Hole 001.  Hypabyssal, coherent kimberlite phases (CK) are evident with KPK kimberlite breccia phases in both Holes 001 and 002.   VR intends to submit the core from all three drill holes to the SRC laboratory in Saskatoon in order to achieve a fulsome compositional study on the large kimberlite breccia pipe complex, and to maximize the amount of core from across the complex for micro-diamond evaluation by caustic fusion.   VR plans to have all of the samples prepared and shipped to Saskatchewan by the first week of July, and anticipates having results by the end of the summer.     From VR’s CEO, Dr. Michael Gunning, “In Holes 1 and 2 we have a pierce point into the southeast and central parts respectively, of the large magnetic anomaly and kimberlite breccia pipe complex at Northway.  We believe that with a new approach to drilling through the sandstone cover, Hole 003 now underway will produce the most complete intersection to date through what we believe to be the central plumbing system of the large breccia pipe complex, based on an array of magnetic products we now have in hand.   In order to appreciate the upside potential of Northway itself, and of the expanded strategy related to the field of similar targets staked by VR following the discovery in Hole 001, I would again encourage our shareholders to remind themselves of the drill core photos and geological context for this discovery as outlined in the previous news releases dated February 22 and May 18, 2023, respectively, and as summarized on the Northway project page on the Company’s website at www.vrr.ca.   Technical Information Summary technical and geological information for the Company’s various exploration properties is available at the Company’s website at www.vrr.ca. About the Northway Property and Project   The Northway property is located in northern Ontario. It is approximately 12 km northeast of the Company’s REE critical metal discovery at its Hecla-Kilmer project.   The nearest town is Moosonee located on tidewater at James Bay some 125 kilometres to the northeast. Kapuskasing is located about the same distance to the southwest, on the Trans-Canada Highway (Provincial HWY 11).   Exploration is based out of a camp at the hydroelectric facility at Otter Rapids located about 50 km to the southeast of Northway. Provincial Highway 634 provides road access to Otter Rapids from Smooth Rock Falls, located at the junction of HWY 634 with the Trans-Canada Highway. The property itself is just 15 km west of the Ontario Northern railway (ONR) which provides service to the communities on James Bay.   The Northway property consists of 64 contiguous claims in a single, 4 x 7 km block 1,315 ha in size.  It was expanded to a district-scale project by staking directly 284 new claims in 19 additional properties covering magnetic anomalies near Northway and proximal to the ONR line, within an area of 50 x 70 km overall.   The properties are owned 100% by VR. There are no underlying payments or interests on the property and no royalty interests because the property was staked by VR directly.   Northway is located on provincial crown land in northern Ontario, with mineral rights administered by the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry (“MNDM”). There are no annual payments, but the MNDM requires certain annual exploration expenditures and reporting. The property falls within the traditional territories of the Moose Cree and Taykwa Tagamou First Nations. About VR Resources VR is an established junior exploration company focused on greenfields opportunities in copper, gold and critical metals (TSX.V: VRR; Frankfurt: 5VR; OTCQB: VRRCF). The Company leverages new exploration technologies on underexplored, large-footprint mineral systems in the western United States and Canada. The foundation of VR is the diverse experience and proven track record of its Board in early-stage exploration, discovery and M&A.  VR is well-financed for its mineral exploration and corporate obligations.  VR owns its properties outright, and evaluates new opportunities on an ongoing basis.     ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:   “Michael H. Minuteman Press in Nashville, TN Completes Exterior Full-Wrap Rebranding of the Iconic Grand Ole Opry House Music Venue

Minuteman Press International Inc

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Grand Ole Opry House, owned by Ryman Hospitality Partners, is one of the most legendary music venues in the USA. Thanks to Minuteman Press franchise owner John Taylor and his team at Minuteman Press in Nashville, the face of the Grand Ole Opry House now looks as good on the outside as the music sounds on the inside. What started out as a sales call and business cards order ten years ago has evolved into a trusted branding partnership between Minuteman Press in Nashville and Ryman Hospitality, and the result of that partnership includes incredible projects like this one – the full-wrap exterior rebranding of the Grand Ole Opry House. Minuteman Press in Nashville is located at 415 Spence Lane, Nashville, TN 37210. John Taylor has owned the business since January of 2014 and is a member of the President’s Club for top performers across the Minuteman Press franchise system. John shares key details on working to complete this huge project on such an iconic venue. How did the project with the Grand Ole Opry come about? John Taylor: “We acquired them as a client about ten years ago. It originated with a sales call at the original The Ryman Auditorium, in downtown Nashville. The first order was a few sets of business cards. Their parent company is Ryman Hospitality. Working inward through the marketing department at Ryman Hospitality, a relationship developed. They have a lot of printers, but we stayed in touch, cross-selling where possible. Ultimately, we set them up on an online portal ordering system for their printed collateral and admin items for their various brands. We make it a habit to deliver all prospects our "Portfolio Thumb-drive". It is branded Minuteman Press and goes to them pre-loaded with our most impressive projects in categorized folders. That led to us becoming one of their trusted branding partners, I would like to say their preferred branding partner. We've done projects from Nashville to New York City for them as they open new venues.” What specifically did you do for this project? John Taylor: “We have done multiple projects at the Grand Ole Opry House. Regarding this project: It is an extraordinary surface, in that it is stamped concrete. It is made to look like a ‘rough-cut cedar’ wooden surface, with deep woodgrain and over a half-inch depth difference between the faux planks. There are two installation processes in this type of project. One is to install and register the panels together (58" wide panels). The second process is to heat and press the vinyl into the grain and contours with a heat gun/torch and foam hand roller, roughly 4" at a time. We measured, scaled and templated the whole project. We printed the vinyl on an HP 360 Latex printer, then laminated the vinyl on a GBC roll laminator (3M IJ-480 Vinyl with 3M 8520 Matte Overlaminate). We used our 55' boom truck and a rented 45' boom lift to install. The first team and truck would hang and register the vinyl. The second lift would have a heat gun, a torch, and roller to get into the grain, and a single installer with very tired arms. We blocked off an area to work every morning so tours could still safely operate every 30-60 minutes. We installed in close coordination with the security team every day and evening to avoid periodic live shows in the evenings altogether." What was the timetable / what did it take to complete the project? John Taylor: “The exterior, as all large branding projects do, began with an intense set of measurements and a write-up of all inclusions and challenges with the surface(s). We then created an Illustrator template for their art department, advising best practices and highlighting any areas to which they should pay special attention during design. The timetable was roughly 7 weeks, synopsized below: We surveyed the first week and provided them a template for artwork technicals and construction. It took them 2-3 weeks to develop art, get the individual artists' approvals, and the necessary internal management approvals. We removed the old banners and aluminum hardware, as well as prepped/cleaned the building during that period. I asked for 7-10 days to produce the vinyl. It took about a week to print, laminate and cut. We should have been able to install it in roughly one week with a crew of three. It ended up taking two weeks since the Grand Ole Opry has shows every couple of days, which limited our time (we had to be packed up and out of the way by 3 pm). The weather was also a factor." TIME LAPSE VIDEO: Full-wrap rebranding of the face of the Grand Ole Opry House – Spring 2023 – Minuteman Press, Nashville: How happy are you with the completed project? What has been the feedback you’ve received? John Taylor: “I'm extremely happy with it. I really am humbled and honored to be given the opportunity. Now, for the less-than-humble perspective; it was an intense scope of work... and we got the job done! We've had only positive feedback about this installation and people are loving the new face of the Grand Ole Opry House. My favorite reaction was from a security guard that said, ‘I haven't seen this many people stop and have their pictures taken in front of the building in years and years!’. He's been there over 15 years, so that was so gratifying to hear him say that.” John concludes, “To have our hard work appreciated, especially on such a large-scale project, it’s just a great feeling of accomplishment.” For Minuteman Press products and services and to find your local Minuteman Press, visit https://minuteman.com. VR Provides Exploration Update for Ontario and Nevada Properties

VR Resources Ltd.

Click Image To View Full Size   Click Image To View Full Size   June 1, 2023 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, B.C.: VR Resources Ltd. (TSXV:VRR ), ( FSE:5VR ); ( OTC:VRRCF ), the " Company ", or “ VR ”, is pleased to provide the following update on its exploration activities:     Three drill holes completed for 1,035 metres in three different areas of REE critical metal mineralization at its Hecla-Kilmer project in northern Ontario. Geochemical data are expected later this summer.  The metallurgy and beneficiation study on dedicated drill core from Hole 013 is also underway, and results are also expected by late summer.   The Company plans to return to the nearby Northway kimberlite discovery for the completion of an additional drill hole prior to demobilizing the H-K drill program.    Completion of two state-of-the-art geophysical surveys on the large-footprint, copper-moly-silver porphyry system at its New Boston property in Nevada.    New Boston   The successful close of the $1.9m financing last month provided the funds to complete two high-tech geophysical surveys at New Boston. The goal is to identify specific targets for drill testing the high temperature, sulfide core of the polymetallic, stockwork and sheeted vein system exposed at surface over a 4 km strike length.  The Company is currently working with fully processed data and final plan maps from both surveys, and expects to report integrated results from 3D inversion models soon. Figure 1.        Field panoramic photo spanning the 4 km strike length of sheeted and stockwork porphyry veins exposed at surface with copper, molybdenum and silver. Figure 2.        Satellite image of airborne magnetic and radiometric survey over a 3 x 5 km area. Precision GeoSurveys Inc. was contracted to conduct a high-resolution survey using its exclusive, multi-sensor technology and three-boom design to collect gradient magnetic data in real time for enhanced subsurface interpretations in three dimensions, in addition to collecting VLF-EM and radiometric data.   Figure 3.        Satellite image showing the ground-based 3D IP geophysical survey over a 1.6 x 2.2 km block covering the core of the porphyry system. DIAS Geophysical Limited was contracted to complete the survey using its DIAS32 DCIP technology and grid array of receiver stations with real time radio frequency data collection. The survey generated more than 80,000 data points for inversion modeling and resultant 3D models of chargeability and resistivity.     From VR’s CEO, Dr. Michael Gunning, “ The drilling at Hecla-Kilmer went as planned, and our current goal is to get the drill back to Northway for an additional hole into the kimberlite breccia complex before we demobilize the spring drill program.  That said, the purpose of this news release is also to remind our shareholders that we have not lost sight of the upside potential of our porphyry copper assets in Nevada.     Surface work and reconnaissance drilling by Conoco, Gulf and Bear Creek at New Boston in the 1960s and 70s clearly established the scale of the system, but a sector collapse in 1981 left that work unfinished with regard to identifying and drilling a central porphyry stock for the system of sheeted veins exposed at surface.  The opportunity for VR is simply to finish the work that was started by Conoco, with the advantage of modern geophysical technologies. Our ultimate goal is two-fold: 1. Identify and drill test the sulfide core of the system, and; 2. Confirm with modern ICP geochemical techniques the polymetallic grade potential for copper and silver at New Boston, in addition to its known, world-class grades in moly.   I would like to thank both Precision and DIAS for making room in their schedules for our surveys this spring. We have worked with both companies on numerous previous surveys, and we look forward to re-visiting what their respective technologies and modeling expertise can bring to the table to advance our understanding of New Boston towards drilling and discovering the center of the large porphyry system. There are no state or federal land use designations, or privately-owned land which impedes access to, or exploration on the property, nor is the property within the BLM’s broadly defined area of sage grouse protection.   The property is owned 100% by VR. There are no underlying annual lease payments to previous owners, nor are there any joint venture or back-in interests. There is an industry-standard royalty attached to the property, including a buy-back provision to VR. About VR Resources VR is an established junior exploration company focused on greenfields opportunities in copper, gold and critical metals (TSX.V: VRR; Frankfurt: 5VR; OTCQB: VRRCF).  VR is the continuance of 4 years of active exploration in Nevada by a Vancouver-based private company.  The foundation of VR is the diverse experience and proven track record of its Board in early-stage exploration, discovery and M&A. The Company focuses on underexplored, large-footprint mineral systems in the western United States and Canada, and is well-financed for its mineral exploration and corporate obligations.  VR owns its properties outright and evaluates new opportunities on an ongoing basis, whether by staking or acquisition.     ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:   “Michael H.
